Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Gloria’s bookstore. Gloria’s bookstore appreciates your support and cares your experience always.
For pre-ordered items, because these items are purchased based on the orders which are placed in advance, no cancellation is allowed. Please be aware before you place the pre-orders. For orders with in-stock items, if you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, it is not able to be cancelled.
Because of the copyright of the books, we can only accept returns/exchange for damaged, defective goods , or when a different product than what you ordered was incorrectly sent to you.
If you receive a faulty or defective product, please contact us at FB messenger or email@example.com with details of the product and the defect within 7 days starting from the day you receive it.
Return of products requires prior approval by Gloria’s bookstore and a return label will be provided.
Packing and Sending Your Return:
Step 1: Pack the items along with a shipping label on a box. (Label will be provided)
Step 2: Let us know when the package is ready for carrier pickup (we could schedule the carrier to pick it up)
Step 3: Send the returned package to: ( the return label will have it)

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it, and then start to initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) in 2-3 days. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
You will receive the payment in 2-3 days after the confirmation notice of refund issued by the system.
The shipping fee for returning/exchanging of damaged, defective goods , or an incorrect product we sent to you is paid by Gloria’s bookstore.
